What payment methods do you accept for purchases made through your online store?
You can settle payments via the following methods:

Can I choose the font style for engraving?
For Acro 1000, Metropolitan, Acro Drive, and G2 Limited, you can choose from 3 font styles:
How do I request engraving for my online order?
- Once you’ve added all the items you wish to purchase, go to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- Fill up the billing details and shipping details.
- In the remarks / instructions section near the bottom of the page (before the order summary), indicate your instructions for engraving.
Please provide the following info, keep one item per line:
– Item for engraving
– Color (as stated in product page)
– Quantity (in pcs)
– Text for engraving (limit to 14 characters including spaces, case sensitive)
– Font style (for Acro 1000, Metropolitan, Acro Drive, G2 Limited)
e.g.,

Which pens can I have customized with a full-color logo?
We currently do full-color logo customization for our Acroball and BP-1RT pens, though we are happy to explore other variants if you have one in mind.

How do I order pens for full-color logo customization?
Please fill out the Full Color Logo Print Inquiry Form and provide your contact details, order quantity and details, and a high-resolution .png file of your company logo.
We will reach out to you via e-mail to process your order and payment. Please look out for an e-mail from info@cosmos-bazar.com within the next 3 business days.
How long does full-color logo customization take?
Typically, we will be able to ship your order out within 15 business days after payment confirmation. Relevant shipment times will apply.
