Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

  1. In general, all orders that completed the check-out process from this website are considered final.  Product replacements, even for a different variation of the same product or for other product/s of the same value, are not allowed.  Please take the time and effort to research the products and be sure of your order.
  2. Under extraordinary circumstances, checked-out orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled upon approval on a case by case basis.  Please contact us immediately BOTH by email AND by telephone (during the business hours).  We will require adequate explanation for the cancellation request.  Acceptance or denial of the request is exclusively at our discretion.  Finance or bank charges and other costs that have already been incurred, or will be incurred to process the cancellation and refund will be to the account of the buyer.
  3. Replacement, return and refund, or cancellation and refund will be allowed in the following cases:
    • If claimed within FIVE (5) DAYS of receipt of the products:
        1. Received a wrong product (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, different product);
        2. Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered);
        3. Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended);
        4. Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories);
    • or If the customer did not receive his/her order but delivery was supposedly completed.

    These cases shall be subject to the results of our internal investigation that includes image or video recordings of the orders before shipping and coordination with the relevant delivery service provider.

    Items damaged or lost during transit by delivery service arranged by the customer are not the company’s responsibility and cannot be replaced, returned for refund, or cancelled for refund.

    For replacements, returned items must be complete and in the same condition as received (including accessories and packaging). If the defect or error as enumerated above occurred before shipping, we will coordinate and make reasonable arrangements with the customer to accomplish the replacement at our expense. If the defect or error as enumerated above occurred during transit and the shipping was to our account in the order, replacement may be slightly delayed as we coordinate and negotiate with the delivery service provider.

    For returns and refunds, returned items must be complete and in the same condition as received (including accessories and packaging). If the defect or error as enumerated above occurred before shipping, we will coordinate and make reasonable arrangements with the customer to accomplish the product return at our expense. If the defect or error as enumerated above occurred during transit and the shipping was to our account in the order, arrangements for the product return may be slightly delayed as we coordinate and negotiate with the delivery service provider. Refunds will be processed upon the company’s receipt of the returned product. In this case, the company will shoulder proportionately the finance or bank charges related to the refund.

    For orders not received and the customer decides to proceed with his/her order of said product, we will coordinate and make reasonable arrangements with the customer to accomplish the product delivery.

    For orders not received and the customer decides to cancel his/her order of said product, we will coordinate with the customer and refund the corresponding payment received. In this case, the company will shoulder proportionately the finance or bank charges related to the refund.

  4. Product availability changes in real time.  If the product for replacement or fulfillment under this policy becomes unavailable, the order for the subject product will be cancelled and its payment refunded.  In this case, the company will shoulder proportionately the finance or bank charges related to the refund.
  5. Freebies and/or samples are given on an as-is where-is basis and are not subject to returns, refunds or exchanges.
  6. Approved refunds will be coursed through the same mode as the order payment was received.  Processing of refunds for credit card payments and electronic wallet payments typically take 15 to 30 business working days.
