We do not ship to locations outside of the Philippines.

The online webstore is primarily offered as a service to end-users having difficulty purchasing specific products that our company distributes. All approved orders are fulfilled and shipped from our office in Manila City, Metro Manila. As the online webstore is intended for end-users, we do not sell commercial quantities of our products through the website.
We distribute our products to wholesalers and retailers nationwide. Customers are encouraged to seek resellers more conveniently located to serve their needs better. You may contact us for assistance in locating a convenient reseller that may serve your needs.
We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or reduce orders from anyone for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis for such reasons such as, but not limited to, risk of fraud, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and stock unavailability. Orders made prior to a price change will be processed at the price when the order was made. Should you not be available to receive your purchases, a written and signed authorization should be provided to a trusted representative to receive the products on your behalf prior to the expected arrival of your purchase. An official identification card or document with picture and signature will be required during delivery, both from you and your representative. Receipt of the products by yourself or your authorized representative completes the sales transaction.
Online processing of credit card payments and other forms of digital payments are executed in external third-party websites of the financial institutions or payment gateway service providers used by our company. These independent companies employ their own processes and security procedures over which we have no control. We are not liable for any errors or problems encountered as your payment transaction is processed within their systems.
